Redesign, redevelop, rerelease
Completely redesigned and redeveloped the biggest public-transport app of the Netherlands.
Responsible for the 12-person multi-disciplinary team (design, development, testing). Maintained close connection and alignment with the API team. Ensured agile principles were followed to quickly release an MVP for extensive closed beta-testing. Set up a phased roll-out to production, releasing without any issues.
Decreased the number of in-app advertisements while increasing gross revenue.
