Responsible for the product delivery of AppCloud, a novel solution for delivering OTT apps from a virtualised Android platform to TV.
Brought the product from a well-defined proof of concept to production at the first customer in the US. This entailed shaping and delivering the product vision against a tight timeline, while coordinating the technology teams and realising partner integrations.
The initial launch version supported three Android apps as well as delivering a client for three set-top-box devices, quickly rolling out from several users to tens to hundreds of thousands within months of launch — scaling the cloud services accordingly.
Internally, helped the company adopt and work with the SAFe (Scaled Agile) Framework, preparing, planning and executing the Program Increments.
