Europeana works with thousands of European archives, libraries and museums to share cultural heritage for enjoyment, education and research — providing access to millions of books, music, artworks and more with sophisticated search and filter tools.
At Europeana I was responsible for leading and coordinating the development work of two Scrum teams responsible for the Europeana portal, search engine, database and ingestion toolset, providing access to more than 45 million cultural heritage records.
Ensured continuous adaptation and implementation of the Scrum methodology and managed the development process — coordinating new development, integration of externally developed components and maintenance using Agile methodologies to achieve the business requirements.
